No the threshold is different for rex and allo. Like 50% i think. Doesnt matter much though because now if youre under 20% stam, health or blood it gets multiplied by 400%. So a prime omni could theoretically pin an adult allo.

Especially the Rex is too op. He can pin, break and throw down while having loads of HP. A balancing option would be to give him higher stam, his attack can only cause body fracture damage and then you have a persistance hunter that requires skill to play

If you want PvP to work in your favor, use everything you can, like rocks, mutations, etc. You can't expect a dino to be invincible. Also, if you buff the Trike, you have to think about the upcoming Apex . Furthermore, if they nerf the Rex, they have to nerf the Stego, otherwise, you'll have a very difficult time

Honestly i liked the suggestion for deino to have an infinite stomach a lot. It encourages active gameplay instead of the afk "dormant" behavior and you can still starve, but ultimately the problem is food is imconsistent for young deinos unlike any other species. You fix that youll see that side of the evosystem fill out. Austros and barrys will also cause more fish spawns

So hopefull with them im itll help
