Generally yes, but the good/better ones are for the smaller and faster Dino’s. When both players are fast and agile enough to dodge the others attacks, then there’s strategy to combat besides full offensive facetanking. A raptor can dodge another raptors bite (ignore pounce), so they don’t just bite facetank. A rex can’t really dodge another rex crush very well, so it’s a facetank

Same with very similar matchups between different animals. Pachy can slam raptors to avoid getting hit, raptors can dodge pachys ram. But in the hypothetical case of like, rex v spino, neither is likely able to dodge and weave around the other to get a hit in, they’re gonna need to fight head-on
