Why do Ptras always spawn at water access. It's such a bad place to be cause no food you need to get prime is nearby. You also start to starve after 1 min when you start the game, 10 mins when you've grown a bit. Which means if you travel, you got to take stops to find food all the time. Which btw, barely exist any land food for Ptras nearby water access. So if you decide to travel before 50+%, you're dead. Unless you bring a fish with you. You're also weak and gets one shot by any bigger animal. Even at highland there barely exist any at all. Basically the food you need is at South Plains & The Pit, which is at the very other end of the map. Ptras should also gain stamina while gliding, just like birds irl. Otherwise you will never have time to get Prime without stressing so much, barely any room to get to chill anywhere. Constantly need to be on the move = you need to get stamina somehow better.

Idk I was a Ptra and entombed. Died shortly after from starvation. I didn't choose to glide along the river but go towards highlands where I see should be food for me on a map. Yet none existed when I got there. It just doesn't make sense though that you start to starve when you spawn in. Any other dino in the game gets to have full hunger and water for quite some time. But Ptras starve 1 min after you spawn in. Like what? 😂

It is something adjustable, I know a server that decreased corpse rot time, but kept chunk rot time, so a body will remain but the chunks still only take 7 minutes for the sake of deino

There is also the Entomb mechanic, where once you get old and weak at 100% grown (full grown is now 75% btw) you can choose to entomb. When you entomb you die and start again as the same animal, but your mutations get banked, allowing you to get more than the initial 3-4 slots.
