I can run it pretty good with a 1080ti with a lot of miles on it. What helped me is capping my frame rate to 60, and lowering shadows. Also make sure you set it to run at high priority for your cpu. And on my laptop which doesn’t even have a legit graphic card I got 30 frames but I lowered render distance.
