Usually i force close steam with task manager, make sure its not running at all. Then go to that file and delete it, then empty my recycling bin, and then i click on steam and sign in, and it usually goes away for like a day or 2, but when it shows back up im able to play regardless of it being there.

But that could be just my issue, not everyone

So I tried launching the game, and could only see movement on the screen if I pressed the Windows key to tab out of the game. Verifying the integrity of the game files and restarting Steam didn’t do anything. Might actually have to uninstall the game and install it again, but I’ll try restarting the PC first.

If you are experiencing issues with your controls since the latest update (can't move camera, unable to court, etc) then please try wiping your config files in localappdata.

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the Windows key
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.

Does anyone have a good idea on why I can play fine on any other server except NA7?

It seems whenever I go to NA 7 and play for about 25-30 minutes, my ping will out of nowhere just start climbing up. First it hits 200, then 300, then 400, and often either stays at 400 without dropping or climbs up to about 800-1,000 ping. I've never understood it, if I can join the server and play with a decent 102 or 140 ping, why does it all of a sudden jump up?

So far this is the only official server I've had this problem on. And it's not due to location or the ping would always be much higher.

If anyone has a possible fix for this I'd appreciate it, especially because it is an issue that has occured more recently. I was able to grow a Deinosuchus up to 100% on that server without issue until I hit the 95% mark, then the ping started going wild.

Again, I am not entirely sure if this is just a me problem or if this is a server-side issue but I'd like to see if I can fix it up atleast enough on my end.

Servers are kinda fucked, not sure if this was mentioned. I can no longer use the steam server list to find servers and use it to find when a slot really opens (I was able to in the prior update). Also typing "NA" or any letter really into the search bar in game comes up with nothing. (I did try scrolling down, and theisle.exe is already in my firewall exclusion list.)

As far as the black screen/loading issues go. The only answer so far is that it might be fixable by editing your Nvidia 3D Settings control panel.
(This bug is known, please be patient as the game is worked on.) Also try fully uninstalling and reinstalling the game using the directions here in pins.

For me the game is in half Swedish and half english, wich i belive the english part has not been translated, anyways i want it to be in english but yet nothing changes when i go to properties and change to english, and my steam is in english aswell.

No, that's not working since we have only a ..._EOS version which does nothing. You have to run the installeasyanticheat.bat file in the EAC folder @signal saddle then it should work

I’ve given up on attempting to play, without being able to change the Nvidia DLSS the game’s too ugly and I’m lagging way more than when update 5 first came out. I have a big problem . WHen i start my game its in resolution 3240x2100 but my MOnitor isn't supporting it. I cant click on anything. I am able to come into the settings but not to change the resolution. Its even on the wrong monitor but i also can't change this.
