You dying to nothing is a major inconvenience but the spending hours to get in is just the servers being full and you got kicked for joining during restart which is when people log so things like this dont happen or they dont lose hunger,growth,thirst etc

I get they are full again simply loading in after the restart is stated to be finished and then dying to “excessive bleed damage” when at no point since the grow started was there any fight between anything especially 100-0ing within literally like 15 seconds i do understand stuff doesn’t always work 100% i get theres bugs but like you said “major inconvenience” and along with other inconveniences it mounts to massively annoyed just discussing the issue faced a lil in troubleshooting

I am a 100% male teno and I cant pair. I did it earlier fine with my last teno that died, ive grown and new one and cant pair. It says we are paired for the female but she cant lay eggs or anything. She was able to pair with another male fine so assuming its a problem on my end. I have verified my files as well as deleted my TheIsle file in Appdata multiple times while restarting my game and steam. Im not sure what else I could possibly try lol

When a carno knows your location after not seeing you go into a bush, or he just gets you charged in a deep forest full of foliage and kills you its just not fun. When your opponent doesn't lose stam / HP during a fight its kinda sad also. I don't get what fun they get from that.

For the past Day or Two, i've been unable to load Evrima after playing it for a few days. Everytime I go to open up Evrima I get a black screen and nothing else. I'm not entirely sure what to do as I've Verified Files and Uninstalled and Reinstalled The Isle

I'm gonna put this out there for anyone having crashing related issues or start up problems. What fixed mine was clearing my steam download cache. I'm not sure if it would work for anyone but it's worth a try anyways since I tried everything else and it didn't work.

Navigate to steam in the top left corner, click settings, and select downloads, in the downloads it will say clear download cache. It will log you out of steam and take maybe a minute or two possibly three, and the screen will pop up to let you sign back into your account.

find the file with your programs x86, steam, steamapps, common, the isle, then you have to double click on "InstallAntiCheat.bat" then accept, minimize the file, then wait 5-10 seconds to open the game. this should fix it, if you haven't gotten a fix yet

I have that common issue where you get "server is full" errors and anticheat errors that people have been getting but it's only NA servers for me, It's not ping because my EU servers are higher in that regard. I don't really mind if this gets solved for me i'm just mentioning it because I might as well let people know (I'm not quite sure if its a firewall issue, I haven't checked that yet)

Go into game user settings and go down to the "[ScalabilityGroups]". Make everything 4. If thats too much, change the foliage to 2 or 3. Click "file", "save" and then launch the game again. Hope that works

If you are experiencing issues with your controls since the latest update (can't move camera, unable to court, etc) then please try wiping your config files in localappdata.

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the Windows Key
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.

I've been trying to deal with choppy audio since quite a few updates ago but it seems to be unanswered. It isn't my computers problem because like I said before a few updates ago it ran evrima fine. So my Isle since the update has run at shitty FPS (12-30 frames if i'm lucky) and audio is disgustingly choppy and undiscernible. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, deleting certain folders & even trying the anti-cheat method. I've verified integrity of game files, restarted my PC, updated graphics cards, etc. Eventually, just tonight I've completely done a fresh wipe and re-installation of Steam itself and The Isle. The game still isn't running properly, and for now is unplayable. Does anyone know a fix for this yet? I know it isn't my computer, because even without minimum requirements met I can run Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA V on full graphics with no lag and 60+ FPS. This doesn't make any sense and I really want to play my game.

Yesterday i finally could play Evrima for the first time, after loads of trouble shooting bc of the easy anti-cheat problems. Now, i wanted to start the game again and i'm getting this Steam Error Message which tells that the game is already running, although nothing poped up. Any ideas?

Yesterday I tried playing Evirma for the first time as normally I'm a legacy player and sense update 5 came out I decided to try it. You can't fix it rn. A lot of us rn can't get into the game for the same or similar reasons. Devs are working on finding new solutions to the problem and will push out a hot fix once done. Unfortunately that is probably gonna be a cool min so we get to sit and wait for evrima to work.

Delete EasyAntiCheat folder.
Then Verify intergrity of game files.

After this the game should download an insignificant small amount of files.
Run the game, now it installs EasyAntiCheat for you.

For anyone encountering fatal errors leading to crashes You will have to manually uninstall “The Isle” from Steam. This issue is typically caused when someone switches from the Legacy to the EVRIMA branch.
Open “Steam”
Right Click The Isle
Select Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files
Delete everything inside of The Isle’s folder.
Then

• Press Windows key.

• Type "Run" to launch Run program.

• Type in "%localappdata% and click 'Ok'.

• Search for TheIsle folder.

• Delete the TheIsle folder once it has been located.

If you are experiencing issues with your controls since the latest update (can't move camera, unable to court, etc) then please try wiping your config files in localappdata.

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the Windows Key
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.

I've tried with 3 different species now on different servers and nothing I do to fix this seems to work, and my group mates are having the same problem.. It'll either not work at all or we'll be paired for a few seconds and then it automatically unpairs

for those with that "Easy Anti-Cheat is not installed" issue, there are some steps you can do to solve it
--------------------------------- 1 -------------------------------
Go to the game folder. Right click game in steam, properties, local files, browse.
Should send you here: steamapps\common\The Isle

Delete EasyAntiCheat folder.
Then Verify intergrity of game files.

After this the game should download an insignificant small amount of files.
Run the game, now it installs EasyAntiCheat for you.

• Right Click The Isle [Evrima] in steam.
• Properties
• Local Files
• Browse
• Open EasyAntiCheat Folder
• Double click EasyAntiChaet_EOS_Setup. Most likely nothing will happen.
• Return to Properties / Local Files
• Verify integrity of the game files.

  For anyone else with this issue, go to the game directory

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Isle"

there is a file called InstallAntiCheat.bat, just run it and try running the game again.

Something that worked for me was opening the game file, deleting the anticheat folder, then either verifying the game or launching the setup .bat. I'm not sure if it'll work for you, though

For those unable to join the servers- Servers are currently displaying the wrong population number. If you're being kicked and getting the message that the server is full, it's because it actually is. Please keep trying and you will get a slot in time, there are hundreds of people trying to log into each server at the same time.
