I was able to fix my graphics issue @errant wave . I downloaded a driver update through the driver download utility and I updated the drivers. When I started the game a few more times it was still not rendering the texture. I dont know if this had anything to do with it, but I turned my anti aliasing off, saved, then reloaded the game, turned it back on, and everything started working again.

harder to see on the first pic, but you can see it renders now fine. I did several restarts of my pc over the last day and nothing was fixing it. I also turned alot of the settings off, saved, then reloaded and turned them back on but for some reason when I did the antialiasing and restarted it, it worked.

6. Open the "Saved" folder.
7. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
8. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.

Sooo i asked yesterday but nobody could help me. We tried to nest as utah.. we could pair and build the nest , then it says: press e to lay the egg.. but nothing happend. This is another fix that worked a while ago, so it might be worth a try:

• Delete the "EasyAntiCheat"-folder in the 'Steam -> steamapps -> common -> TheIsle' folder of steam
• Then verify the integrity of your game files over steam
• And then restart your PC

Quite often, my pteranodons experience what I'm not calling Dodo Syndrome. It means that either 1) I hold space and it only ever jumps, or 2) I hold space and the animation begins to play, but I don't even leave the ground.

Did anyone have any problems with your computer shutting off right after the intro loading screen animation? I don’t get any errors just zaps, turns it off and that’s it. 1. Underclocked my GPU
2. I limited max frequency to 50% from 100%
3. Once I got in the menu I removed the underclock
4. Taaa-daaaa...everything worked perfectly fine then.

I was waiting for my friend to log in to the game, i decided to pick empty server to just make skins for fun while i was waiting. I went to SA1 and i have never ever plaid on that server (i am from EU) but for some reason I had adult carno at the server. I told my friend who had like 30% carno and we have both never plaid on that server. Just curious how could this be? it's simply not possible for them to be ours, we dont play carno, and we would never play on that server cause of the high ping.

@Devs Hello, i'm still having problems with the easy anti-cheat which prevents me to even start the game. I can't even open the file "EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe". I have done all of the trouble shooting which can be found here, on steam, youtube and internet. I'm pretty sure that the devs messed up the Easy Anti-Cheat folder in their Update 5 installation. In every other game with easy anti-Cheat the forementioned exe is called "EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe". I think that is the main problem for those who are experiencing this kind of problem. I dont know why some can play it tho. Maybe those who can play the update 5 could look into their easy anti-cheat folder an see how the exe is named? Also I wish the devs could look into their installation job specifically into the easy anti-cheat exe. Thanks.
