If no one's realised yet, but there's like over 7000 people playing the isle at the moment,, the bug testing before probably had a few hundred max, so when the game now has to uphold 7000 players, it gets buggier,, just be patient they will fix it

You could try a fix I recommand for the integrety check of ECA, It's not the same problem but it might still help.
I had to delete the "easy anti cheat"-folder in the "TheIsle" games folder of steam, then verified the integrity over steam and then restart my PC.

go to your steam libary, click where you can change the beta branch, then you click on local data. you should now see something say size of local data or something. you click on search and it will open up the files you installed. theres one file named ´installanticheat´ you click on that. eventually something shall pop up for a sec and close itsself again. then it shall be fixed.

Hey guys. I have now played Update 5 today for 3h and my frames are so bad and unstable only in fights. I get lag spikes so bad and waiting doesnt help so it's nearly unplayable for me. I normally have 50-60 FPS and some issues with FPS here and there with 40FPS but in fights these lag spikes drop to 10 FPS or so. Every 2 sec

Make sure your anti virus isn't blocking EAC. That could be it too. Allow an exclusion through your firewall for the entire Isle folder.

"If you're encountering a "Launch Error - Easy Anti-Cheat is not installed" simply verify your game files.

You can do so by right clicking The Isle in your Steam library > left click properties > local files > verify integrity of game cache.

If the issue persists, adding a firewall exclusion for your entire Isle game folder and then following the steps above should do it.

I downloaded evrima on steam because I usually play legacy. I get on after the update and log during hot fixes. It worked all day yesterday. Today, I launch it via steam and the window closes as soon as I try to launch it. I validate the game files (5 were non validated) and it validates. I launch again via steam and its working now, I'm playing on Isla Requiem.

Generally means you have something running that EAC doesn't like. Check your task manager to see if you have a process called "Lightingservice.exe" as EAC is known to conflict with certain ASUS RGB softwares.

So this is how to set up geforce now to play evrima on it:

So first of all, launch the game on geforce now. Open Steam, settings, family. Then click on manage family view. (DO NOT EXIT THE GAME) click only games i choose, then click next. If the isle is selected, deselect it. Click next, and you need to set a pin, do it then there will be an email confirmation. Exit geforce, and it will show you an error message. Click and after that u will be able to install/launch evrima
