This may be an issue with Unordered Access View, and if you use the -d3d12 command argument in your game launch options it may fix your issue. I'm not sure, but it did work with one person, so it's worth a try.

As an addition to this, this is not an official fix, nor a permanent one, this might cause graphical glitches that I don't know about, it supposedly changes the way certain water effects are rendered and I can't guarantee that a different kind of crash won't happen when you actually start playing. This just supposedly helps with the launch crash.

Verify game files You can do so by right clicking The Isle in your Steam library > left click properties > local files > verify integrity of game cache.

As the name suggests we are just ''discord'' moderators thus we do not have any powers in game. But considering the circumstances I know the answer , if you are playing on a mechanical testing servers , that is to be expected since it's a test server. If you are playing on Update 3 version of the game , it's a known bug which is being fixed.

Whats funny is sometimes you load in after the queue and it just doesnt stop loading for hours, so we have 3 main bugs now. First is blackscreen, 2nd is queue bug and 3rd is endless loading.

Anyone having the following issue and already tried to manually uninstall and reinstall needs to upgrade from Windows 7. It is believed that this OS causes the issue to occur. Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft anyways and it is an OLD Operating System. Also I have found that many people that run windows 10 that have this issue are using below the recommended GPU for The Isle Evrima. Please upgrade your system before posting here. Our answer to any issue you have if it is below recommended will end up being "Upgrade your system" . You may have an unstable version of Windows as well. If it's not a GPU under our recommended minimum specs. Try reinstalling Windows if that's the case.
