That's normal if you can't see a dinosaur information as it is stored in your local cache, if connection to the server failed this info gets removed but you still have it on the servers saves so don't worry about it

Hello, maybe im in the wrong channel but i'll try: i lost my almost 70% T-rex from an official server for some reason, i logged out perfectly fine, sleeping it out. I logged in today and it showed in the info panel on the right side when i clicked on the EU 4 server (healthy and safe), but when i entered the server i got sent straight to character creation instead of into my T-rex. Is there anything i can do to get it back? i spent many hours and many attempts to grow it.

Hello! I have been running into a reoccurring issue with the new update. My frames have significantly dropped and I simply do not understand why. I have the right specs, my settings are as low as they go, and yet if I even TOUCH water, my frames drop from 60 to 1. Please help, I would hate to no longer be able to play my favorite game just because of this update.

I have also cleared my config file, so it is not that. Water seems to be the big issue, but other than that, my frames have only dropped by 10 because of the new update.

Try to delete configs. It may help:

Press "Windows key" + "R"
Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
Open the "Saved" folder.
Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.

Or you can delete whole "TheIsle" folder but you will lose all of your skin presets
