Hey has anyone had an issue where their game gets stuck on 1 fps

I usually sit around 180-200 fps but it just randomly crash to 1 and after I updated drivers n everything and relogged restarted it still is stuck at 1 fps when I log in

Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.,
Open the "Saved" folder.,
Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.,
Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.

Didn't think it was the best place, but thought I'd ask, I'm struggling getting steam to transfer The Isle from one device to another, it just pauses after 3% is done. I know its trying to do it locally and I'm wondering if I can just download it as if I just bought it, instead of having to transfer it because I'm fine with losing any dinosaurs or skins that I may have

I looked this up, too, but haven't tried it for The Isle. I did try it with another .exe and it worked.

If it still isn't working, try from cmd.
Open cmd
Run the command tasklist
Copy the task name
taskkill /f /im processname.exe

(replace processname.exe with the process name for The Isle)

Since the latest update, I am unable to connect to any The Isle server, whether official or unofficial.
I always get an infinite loading screen when trying to join a server.

I have tried several things to fix the issue:

Verifying the game files

Reinstalling the game

Restarting my PC

Creating an Epic Games account and linking it to Steam so the game can properly recognize it

Setting DLSS to Performance (this reportedly worked for another player)

it was a kernel level hang which means the game screwed up so bad windows cant kill it because of how windows works, the only way is a restart

I just noticed that when I overclocked my ram it gave me like 50% more fps when I put it to 1600 mhz which I put on purpose and compared to 3800 mhz on the same location

I had the same issue and when I deleted the config folder i never had this issue again. However some people said on discord during older messages that this is something cheaters can do, and when you are in their vicinity they destroy your performance

You actually see this being the case if you relog in the same spot and it spawns you with 500+ ping and 0 fps

this consistency has nothing to do with your system it's something happening ingame

As of the last patch, everytime I join a server it gives me a fatal error and crashes.

If running The Isle, exit the game.
Press the Windows key
Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
Open the "Saved" folder.
Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.

It is weird, almost all the time my GPU keep at 100% and game works smoothly, but when I aproach some other people this happens, GPU usage falls to 5% and FPS keep at 5-10

maybe try clearing steam shader cache.. Steam > Settings > Downloads > Clear Download Cache

No idea what I did wrong but I am only able to pull up the server list if I click on the credits button- I'll click on servers and it will always reply with scanning frequencies and show zero found but when I go back out, click on the credits button the official servers appear (cant get onto unofficial cause when I filter it disappears again)
