Hey guys. Could you tell me how to solve the problem of constantly being kicked out of servers and queues? I don't know what the problem is exactly. It used to only happen on a few official servers that I didn't play on, so I didn't pay any attention. Now it's become a problem for me on almost all servers. I've verified the integrity of files, reinstalled the game, cleaned my laptop. Still no solution.

Sometimes I seem to sit in a queue, everything is fine, the server starts to load, and then the Time Out error occurs again.

Horde test servers constant disconnect from queue and waiting patiently through queue (while moving mouse and not tabbing out of the isle) only to either disconnect at 1 or back to main menu screen with a server full warning (obvious hence the queue lol)

My son’s friend just bought the game and it seems he modified it to be evrima and not legacy just like we wanted it, but when he opens the game, it suddenly freezes after awhile. you can put like 95% on the plugged value

it will reduce the temperature a lot, if its coming from the processor

In legacy, there are no icons on the compass. Bushes glow green and water glows blue when you hold Q. Disable the Dynamic HUD option to see your hunger and thirst more regularly

the majority of the isle graphic settings barely impact the visual of the game tbh

they just eat more GPU and vram

one of the only ones that actually change something is effects, which makes bushes move

and shadows, at low they can be pixelated so I always use them at medium

For those with that "Easy Anti-Cheat is not installed" issue, there are some steps you can do to solve it

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Isle"

there is a file called InstallAntiCheat.bat, just run it and try running the game again.

Go to the game folder. Right click game in steam, properties, local files, browse.
Should send you here: steamapps\common\The Isle

Delete EasyAntiCheat folder.
Then Verify intergrity of game files.

After this the game should download an insignificant small amount of files.

Hey, I have a friend who downloaded The Isle (they're on Evrima branch) and every time they load up the game, it says it can't launch, the game is already running, when it's not. We've checked all background processes and such and verified files, but nothing has worked

hey guys so my friend has buyed the isle now and he just installed evrima hordetesting but when he starts it it stops and he gets the notification: DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument.

you can go to your command prompt and type this in: ipconfig /flushdns (this is optional, I don't think its required) Or you can Go to settings>graphics>find the isle(if it doesn't show you can add it by clicking "add desktop app") then click the drop down box, and switch it to "high performance" for your Nvidia gpu. If you don't see your gpu up there it should be fine to still just swap it to high performance.
