There are a few reasons why that can happen, sometimes it's just a network/firewall issue but it can also be because you have an automated Hardware or Steam ban from The Isle or another game

If you are concerned about your defences you should switch from Norton to something better immediately. Norton is one of the least effective big name antivirus, which is part of why they have issues with false positives like you are experiencing

Ah sorry, I think I just spotted the problem too. Looks like you are missing components from Windows Movie Player, which is required for the opening sequence to work. It should have come as part of your usual Windows updates, but they can also get broken.
Could you please check the Windows 10 version you are running at Settings > System > About. If less than 21H2, Install the Media Creation Tool from this link http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install choosing Download Tool Now, install the tool, open it and choose Upgrade this PC Now.

Make sure the game is exited for each step below. If you have issues with a step please let me know, don't just skip ahead.

1. Make sure Windows is completely up-to-date. Restart your PC if any updates are applied.
2. If you use Norton, McAfee, AVG, AVAST, or Kaspersky you will need to uninstall it or add The Isle folder in Steam as an exception. Disabling often does not work.
3. In Steam, right-click The Isle, Properties, Installed Files, Verify integrity of game files. If Steam finds a problem, you will see the game start updating.
4. In Steam, right-click The Isle, Manage, Browse local files, double-click UninstallAntiCheat then double-click InstallAntiCheat. Note no confirmation message will be given.
5. On your keyboard press the Windows key and R, put %localappdata% and hit enter, scroll down and double click TheIsle, then Saved, then delete Config. Note this will also delete all your settings.
6. Press the Windows key to open your start menu and type cmd. On the top result highlighted, hover/select and click Run as Administrator on the right side. Could you try the following steps?

• Open the NVIDIA control panel.
• Go to Manage 3D Settings.
• Turn off Shader Cache.
• Save and apply changes.
• Reboot your PC.
• After the PC boots, open the Run dialog box or File Explorer.
• Type the following environment variable into the Run dialog box or the File Explorer address bar and hit Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
• At the location, find and open the NVIDIA folder.
• In the folder, find and open both the DXCache and the GLCache folder and delete all the items in the folders.
• Next, go back to the Local folder.
• Now, at that location, find and open the NVIDIA Corporation folder.
• In the folder, find and open the NV_Cache folder and delete the contents of the folder.

• Now, go back to the NVIDIA control panel and turn on Shader Cache.

Choppy audio can be caused by two things that I know of:

1. Your CPU is struggling to keep up (too slow or your AV is getting in the way)
2. Virtual surround sound
   CPU issues can be from overheating or hardware that is just too old/slow. Do you know what your system specs are? CPU, GPU, and RAM?

I'm not certain if Evrima supports it so it might not do anything. Lowering your settings (especially Textures) could also help, as will making sure you quit out of absolutely everything you can in the background

There are also some tweaks that could be worth trying in engine.ini but sadly I think Evrima overrides them all

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but what is the reason behind disconnecting from the server queue at 1? This has happened to me 3 times in the last day or so.

Absolutely the right place to ask.
When you are in the queue you aren't actually connected to the server - the queue is handled by a different process. Disconnecting at 1 means you are having issues connecting to servers in general - you should be able to verify this by joining other servers that don't have queues.

With connection issues it's also good to check if it happens to Official only, Unofficial only, or both

yeah It passed the test and does fine in benchmarks.. I know this CPU had issues tho, cause I fixed the issue by locking all the cores, I did not have to go any further cause I caught it early.

hmmmmm very strange. Based on what you've said I'd still be suspect on your RAM, OCCT and the like isn't guaranteed to find all RAM problems because it can only test what Windows gives it.
If you feel comfortable doing it, could you go into your BIOS and change your memory to single channel mode and see if the game is any more stable?

Yeah every couple of years is normal maintenance with high performance (hot) desktop machines, laptops are a bit more up in the air
