This hordetesting is incredible unstable. Most of my playtime consist on waiting for over 100+ people in queue because once you've reached first in line you'll get disconnected. Once you're finally in-game it will not last long before your in-game sound bugs, you'll get a fatal error, or in worst case crash your whole computer completely which forces it to restart. That's why I never dare to have important work on my computer while playing this game, due to the risk of it getting deleted. It's not an issue from my part as I'm well over the qualification for the specs and everything's up-to-date.

there is a file called InstallAntiCheat.bat, just run it and try running the game again.

Extreme rubber banding is killing this game for me. My dino is rubber banding once per 5 seconds, with a 50-60 ping. I don't have issues with other games. what is actually the cpu and gpu you have? and the graphics driver version your windows is using? graphics driver may need updating if your hardware is sufficient to run isle evrima

• to check what graphics card/gpu is identified/installed in your pc/laptop and windows:

run dxdiag.exe from the windows start/search ... there will be a display tab for each graphics card/gpu installed in your pc/laptop - select a display tab ... on the right hand side look for where it says feature levels ... check if it supports 12_1, 12_0 (minimum) and not just 11_1, 11_0, 10_1, 10_0, 9_3, 9_2, 9_1, 9_0 etc ... you can also see what graphics driver version/date you are running just above it.

right click taskbar - task manager - click performance tab - scroll down on the left side to GPU - how many GPU's listed? click on GPU 0 and you can see the driver version/date/directx version/maximum directx level supported ... same for GPU 1 if you have more than one graphics adapter / gpu - eg. a discrete/dedicated graphics card and an onboard integrated graphics chip

My game's audio is crashing and randomly, the isle would end up in a weird state where I can play the game but the audio component for the game bugs out and eventually puts a popup saying "game crashed" even though the game would be working perfectly fine despite the technical bug. Is this a documented bug or is my CPU/GPU dying or overheating in some way? I have encountered this bug many times but I don't have any faulty hardware whatsoever, I've replaced/tested all of it separately and it hasn't changed the bugginess of the audio and the audio part of the game crashing on me.

I think your hardware is the main reason for your bad performance. You have 4GB of dedicated VRAM, which is fairly low for modern gaming (and also why your GPU is at 100%). Have you switched branches lately? If so it's recommended to wipe your config folder to boost performance to an extent, but don't expect a magical increase in your FPS.

I'm not certain if your GPU supports it, but if you can activate DLSS. That can lower the load on your GPU.

Ah yes FidelityFX is the DLSS equivelant, although I'm certain newer AMD cards can also use DLSS. I'm not so experienced with AMD cards, lol.

3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.

you can type /unstuck in the in game chat might work or you can tag the @ official server admin role in the official server channel for the official server you are stuck in and mention your in game name and hopefully someone is available to help

nb. if the /unstuck doesn't work it could be because other players are close by ... you can also try logging out while your dino is still alive and logging back in later and the /unstuck command might work the next time

I mean you can also go into your BIOS and lower the CPU speed as suggested by this thread.

If you are using the latest intel series, and using manufacture motherboard like ASUS, they have rank up the cpu frequency(even on default), so you will need to set your cpu frequency to Intel Baseline in your bios.

Hello everyone! I would like to ask u for help. I have dramatic fps drops on hprde test brunch. After loging i have good 60- 80 frames. But after short time like 10 - 60 min I got lag, which cut my frames to 20 fps. I have actual drivers, in game temperature is 62 , so it should be ok. RAM is 16 Gb, evrima usally needs something like 11-12. I have RTX 3050 4 Gb, processor is Intel i5 12450H Alder Lake. I have not epic or high settings, but sometimes on low settings game gonna like 40 frames. I tried change my settings or delete config in local app data, reinstall the game, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I have no idea now what is problem. nb. in-place upgrade - if you want to keep your current windows but update it with the latest windows version you can manually install the latest windows 11 iso you can get from microsofts website - use rufus utility to burn the iso to an empty usb stick and then will be running the setup.exe in windows file explorer off the usb stick (directly plugged into the pc and not into a usb hub) from within windows 11 (known as an in-place upgrade) and make sure you select "keep files and folders' option when it asks so you don't lose any files and folders or apps (always ensure your data is backed up onto a separate drive/usb stick etc before installing a new windows version in case it accidentally is lost during the install)

Your CPU should be just enough for this engine. What about GPU? seems like you may have a deeper issue if you aren't getting a fatal error. I would have someone investigate your event viewer (if using windows) to diagnose the issue further as there may be some answers in there.

Hello everyone! I would like to ask u for help. I have dramatic fps drops on hprde test brunch. After loging i have good 60- 80 frames. But after short time like 10 - 60 min I got lag, which cut my frames to 20 fps. I have actual drivers, in game temperature is 62 , so it should be ok. RAM is 16 Gb, evrima usally needs something like 11-12. I have RTX 3050 4 Gb, processor is Intel i5 12450H Alder Lake. I have not epic or high settings, but sometimes on low settings game gonna like 40 frames. I tried change my settings or delete config in local app data, reinstall the game, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I have no idea now what is problem. 3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.
