Hi! I just got the isle yesterday and started playing evrima, everything worked completely fine. However today it stopped working out of nowhere :( the game opens for about 5 seconds and then closes, and I get a pop up saying "fatal error" or one talking about a global shader.

I can't find anything for this specific problem I have, I've seen people say that there were problems with global shader missing, but mine doesn't seem to be missing

well if yer the only one teleporting around. i havent HEARD (doesnt mean it isnt happening) others complain about it on their end. make sure you arent downloading anything. make sure your internet connection is secure, if you are on wifi and can try an ethernet give that a shot. close all unnecessary programs, and try restarting your pc/router. if none that works, i dont know what to say.

hi, im having an issue with a weird looking motion blur thing, its ruining my experience and i dont know how to fix it and make it look at least "normal" like i see on yt videos or other people gameplay, this issue just started a year and some weeks ago and after many tries, i gave up trying to play or fix it, but now i want to play evrima beta so much but that thing just dont let me to, the issue is that "pixelated motion blur wave-ish thing that everything that moves makes, i hope i can show you that's reading that message the problem, bc its more like a video thing, you feel it when your playing or seeing an video, yes im with motion blur on the "low" in settings but putting it on "epic" does nothing, i already tried everything, deleting files, reinstalling files, reinstalling the game, the beta, etc.. basically everything but i just cant get rid of that weird "dirty blurred" look thing, in legacy that thing isnt going on, and remember it started after i played alot on evrima, the water looks pixelated and weird too, the shadows, the models, everything i think, its that pixelated nauseous motion triggered thing.

Hey so I found out my 300 mbps asus internet usb adaptor was only getting like 12 mbs download speed and 20 upload speed which is pretty low and I think the reason for my insane lag so I got a new one w 1800 max mbps hopefully it fixes it but thanks to @bronze echo and @drowsy cape for the help this week you rlly narrowed it down for me :))

it is still an issue? - check your antivirus is not blocking the isle/isle game .exe - in your antivirus quarantine/vault you might see the isle game file and you can usually click on a arrow and choose to add an exception for the isle game

you could try adding an exception in your antivirus for the isle installation folder - maybe some of the isle files are getting blocked?

(right click on the isle in steam - properties - installed files - browse to find the location where the game is installed which will open as a File Explorer window in the background in the taskbar)

eg. '...\Steam\steamapps\common\The Isle\TheIsle\Binaries\Win64\TheIsleClient-Win64-Shipping.exe' and then possibly need to reinstall/verify the game (in steam - right click the isle - properties - installed files - verify)

also some have issues if they are using steam family library sharing with which account has game ownership etc

also regional restrictions on games can sometimes cause this issue

and running via a vpn can sometimes be problematic

and even some have had issues with EOS Epic Online etc when using IPv6 vs IPv4, NAT and Port forwarding and internal ip address being used and not the external ip address in some situations but i haven't had any issues at all using either/any of these so just what i read on some forums

This is most likely a huge me issue, but everytime I get into an evrima server, my game will freeze badly. and then it will exit out of it, or sometimes it will stay stuck there

Help needed, I can't get into the server. While everything till clicking connet works quite well, actually connecting.. does not. After choosing the server and clicking connect it shows 'connecting...' screen, but then just freezes. No music, no motion, no dots under connection word, just nothing. After few monents the game closes by itself. I already tried changing to evrima (I downloaded legacy first), lowering the settings, or verifying files. But just nope, it refuses to work xd

If you are experiencing issues with your controls since the latest update (can't move camera, unable to court, etc) then please try wiping your config files in localappdata.

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the Windows key
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.
