When Evrima becomes main branch, you will be able to play it through Geforce Now, which is a cloud-gaming platform with a free subscription plan — it streams the game to your PC so you can play it even if you have a potato PC. You just need a reasonably good internet connection.

Try this: win+r type in "sysdm.cpl", advanced, settings, advanced, changed, uncheck autoamtic manage paging file size for all drives, dissable paging for the slowest drive(in this case the C drive), take your ram in GB times 1024 so for me its 24 times 1024=24576 and then set it as custom size and set it as both values as seen in the picture

Not all the time but a lot of the time no matter how many times I refresh or restart my game, I can’t get into some servers

that's just the UI. It just doesn't refresh unless you restart despite having a refresh button. What's worse is that you can't queue up for a server unless the server reads over 100 in your client side UI

for example, if your client reads 99/100 players but there's actualy max with a 6 person queue, you'll get booted. But if your client reads 101/100 it will put you in a queue. Very strange.

I looked in your message history, its the 0xc0000005 error right? Sadly there's a ton of different causes for that, try updating your drivers and PC, and double check your firewalls. You might have to look online for more solutions

if your talking about being on gateway then yes food and water does still appear on your scent line. Best to just paste your cords in one of the gateway map websites to help navigate around better as I found the water is hard to sniff out sometimes.

You need a GPU that supports DX12 with feature level 12_0. That means any fairly recent GPU. Of course for optimal experience you should go for a mid-range one.

This error stems from the steam workshop being removed from the Isle in the early days of legacy and I was wondering if there was a known fix or possibly any other players who may have had the same issue. 1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the Windows key
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.

You can also try deleting the whole TheIsle folder, this'll wipe saved skins too

This should work, **For those with that "Easy Anti-Cheat is not installed" issue, there are some steps you can do to solve it

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Isle"

there is a file called InstallAntiCheat.bat, just run it and try running the game again.**

Yea, from what I see it should still be able to work, but it's possible that integrated GPUs struggle more. Have you tried verifying the game files or reinstalling? Maybe the game's not registering something correctly

I'm having problems with launching the game.
I've been playing for a couple of days on gateway with everything running smoothly, but one day i suddenly can't launch the game in steam.

Whenever i press Play the button changes from Play>Cancel>Stop>Play

I've tried reinstalling the game, verifying the integrity of the files and restarting my computer.

For some people i've heard streaming the first screen in discord before starting the game solved their issue. However that is not my case.
If you know any fixes for this, please let me know.

Go on Steam, right-click on The Isle.
Select ”Properties”, go to ”Installed files”, then click ”Browse”.
There you will see a file called InstallAntiCheat. Click on it.
Nothing will visibly happen: that is normal.
Run the game again. Your issue should be fixed.

next time that happens tag the server mods with the server you’re on + your in-game username. they’re not always online so you may have to log out and wait until they’re active so you don’t starve

unfortunately for everyone, but fortunately for you this is a common issue, the numbers of players it shows sometimes shows incorrectly, it's booting you out because there's max players. Go for servers 97 or less (not guaranteed) and it should log you in.

I’m not sure if this is where I’m supposed to go for this, but my sound in Ervima is messed up.

I’m sure that it’s something wrong with my GPU (GTX 1650) and that my computer isn’t strong enough for evrima at the moment, but at any given time the sound is lagging.

Like, not delayed like actually lagging like static. This happens to my friend as well who has the same computer as me.

I don’t think it’s something wrong with the game but does anyone have advice? It’s not making the game unplayable but it’s really destroying the experience.
