If you are experiencing issues with your controls since the latest update (can't move camera, unable to court, etc) then please try wiping your config files in localappdata.

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the Windows key
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.

For those that are having trouble with the stress test crashing after about 3-16 minutes of playing I tried playing in a server where the player count never went above 94 and I didn't crash once. I did have some rubber banding still though. I believe the crashing is tied to a busy server. Hopefully with the devs fixing the queue it will also fix the rubber banding and crashing

Hi, I recently have a strange problem that is making the game unplayable. It consists in the fact that when I try to perform an attack it always performs me an alternative one for example: clicking LMB always performs Alt+LMB the same is with RMB which of course makes the game extremely difficult, etc. I tried copying the settings from a friend, deleting the config file and reinstalling the game, and even tested a different keyboard always leads to the fact that I can not perform basic attacks. once the game worked normally and everything was ok probably happened after some game update.

I'll also add that I'm writing with the help of a translator so if something is incomprehensible then sorry if anyone has a similar problem or had I'll gladly accept help.

I did do everything that was said in the pins (like updating my drivers and double checking for them to be up to date) and I also checked if I have the dx12 version and if it’s supported on my pc, and it does. This GPU unfortunatley does not have the required features to run the isle evrima. You'll need a newer GPU/Laptop to do so.

Hey. im having trouble Launching the game. it was working yesterday. but today when i click play it runs up easyanticheat for 2 seconds and then closes again. no error or anything. Have you tried searching %localappdata% and deleting the isle folder there? When I am having crazy issues with it booting and I want to do a full reinstall I go through and delete that as well as the isle folder located in the steam folder of my com. Then I go to my steam library and uninstall then reinstall from there. I found that uninstalling the game does not delete some of those folders and it can cause issues when trying to run the game.

Just be sure to save your dino skins first or it will delete them^

The numbers for the server count is bugged. All of them usually are full even though they do not show full. The queue is also broke at the moment so the best way to get into a server is to click on the servers under 100/100 until it lets you in. May take some time

This is a common GPU crash on UE5. It doesn't affect every GPU. As far as I know the most efficient potential fixes is to reinstall Windows and/or to update the BIOS.

At this point I think you should try to get in contact with Punch. I remember someone who had that issue that nothing fixed, until he had enough and completely reinstalled his Windows, and that worked for him. But that may be quite an annoying ”fix” to do so I'm not going to suggest that as the only fix left to try. Maybe Punch has an actual solution before going to that length.

So it looks like it's another problem that you have, can you try another way of connecting to the internet, for example with an ethernet cable if you're currently connected by wifi? You can also use your phone's internet data. Just to see if that's a problem with a built-in firewall for example.

The stress test doesn't have the player count displaying properly so you are probably joining a server that is already full. The queue is also broke currently.

I'm having the same issue as them and it's on a server with half the population. I'm putting the blame on the map loading time, it takes me two minutes for the game to finish by which point the host kicks my client

I kind of remember something like that in the stress test for update 4. They got it ironed out for the release back then so I'm thinking that it will be fixed when the queue is fixed or at least before the map release

Even if you don't safe-log before a restart and just wait for the server to kick you out, you'll be at worst a couple of metres away from where you were originally when you were kicked. As long as you were not in the middle of a fight or standing in the middle of a plain, you should be fine.
