For those with that "Easy Anti-Cheat is not installed" issue, there are some steps you can do to solve it

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Isle"

there is a file called InstallAntiCheat.bat, just run it and try running the game again.

Go to the game folder. Right click game in steam, properties, local files, browse.
Should send you here: steamapps\common\The Isle

Delete EasyAntiCheat folder.
Then Verify intergrity of game files.

After this the game should download an insignificant small amount of files.
Run the game, now it installs EasyAntiCheat for you.

• Open EasyAntiCheat Folder

hello my friend is having trouble getting into evrima, they keep crashing everytime they load up their game

If running The Isle, exit the game.

Open File Explorer.

Click the address bar at the top.

Type %localappdata% then press Enter.

Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.

Open the "Saved" folder.

Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.

Validate game files through Steam.

Start the game.

I had to delete the entire "Saved" folder, not just "Config" to get past this problem, but it could have just been me.

You can go to %localappdata% > TheIsle > Saved > Crashes > open the folder whose date is closest to when you crashed > inside there will be a text file called just ”The Isle”, open it, scroll all the way down and it should give you a little bit more details on why you crashed.

That's a mistake a lot of people do: thinking updating through Device manager is enough, but it's really not something to do. You can make sure your Windows is up-to-date: right-click on the Windows icon > System > scroll down to Windows specifications and see what version it says you have. It should be version 22H2.

restart your pc, and steam. I would also recommend deleting the "Saved" folder from %localappdata%, so you dont run into any performance issues (it will reset ur controls however)

Did the hot fix fix the fatal crash issue, do we know? I've done everything to try and fix the issue on my end and looking at the crash dump files, it looks more game related than anything going on with my pc :(

You need to double-click on the file to install it. When it's done, restart your PC. And you should be fine.

On Steam, right click on The Isle > Properties > Installed files > click on ”Verify the integrity of the files”.
Launch the game again and see if it's fixed.

Guys i have a problem which other players are also having after the last update and I do not see any possible solution. In Legacy the game works perfectly but when you go to Evrina, this error message comes out. I tried to change it to -dx11 but this problem comes out of image 2. I pass photos to see if there is any solution.

All the players have tried to do anything but we did not find a solution. Regarding me, I have all the drivers updated since I have consulted it on the official pages and using programs so I do not know what the problem is due to.

Also, I implemented a screenshot of my PC information.

In the steam community a lot of players got this issue since the new update. I have all my drivers update and all the stuff. Legacy works perfectly but Evrina it shows that problem.

Not yet, Geforce Now has completely made impossible to play beta branches. According to Filipe however Evrima will become the main branch in update 7 (IIRC?) so you will be able to play it through GFN then. :)
