-Press Windows key+G for Xbox game bar
-Go to settings > Gaming features
At the top it'll tell you if your system supports Direct X Ultimate

dx12 = Direct X Ultimate.

You have DX12 enabled, you just don't have Ultimate (12_2) but you don't need it. You have 12_0 and 12_1 that's what counts.

I'm sure someone has probably asked but i've downloaded evrima last night and when I try to open it I get pop up that says "Launch error Easy anti-cheat is not installed. The same thing is happening to my husbands game aswell. We have tried to verify integrity and deleting the anti cheat folder then verifying integrity but it didn't work for either of us. I've looked up youtube videos but some of the things they say to click on dont seem to be inside the game files. (I don't know if this has anything to do with it but we kept legacy on our computers and tried to download evrima to have both).

This was happening to me just now. I downloaded VR chat which also uses EASY ANTI CHEAT. ITs free on cheat. You just launch it to the main menu and then close it then launch the isle it should work.

This was happening to me before the 6.5 update for a really long time. No fixes. Seems the devs don’t care about fixing it either so.

When I go to join the server I was playing, I get an "Integrity check failed", but if i close the game and come back and try again, I can join, but my dinosaur is gone.

You can check your graphics drivers' version by right-clicking on the task bar > Task manager > More details > Performance > GPU. If you have two GPU, it's GPU 1 you have to look at. Scroll a bit and below it'll be written the driver version and date.

V-sync uses extra resources(in all games) to keep your frames steady along with going by multiples so your frames could jump a lot more due to the way it works. If you use nvidia control panel frame capping/v-sync it could help with getting consistent frames.

You could just probably copy the easy anti cheat files from it if you have issues.. There is also a installer in all EAC files incase something happens, however getting it to work is one thing

Hello, I have this issue with the DX12. I have a windows pro touch and I understand that my GPU isn’t good enough to run the isle anymore after the update. I am now on a pretty good pc. Checked drivers, deleted configs, and when I try to search for the local app data nothing appears. I am so frustrated and dissatisfied. If I am not able to get help with this then I’m going to need a refund. The isle ran perfectly fine for me before this update.

Like many people are experiencing; I am getting the DirextX 12 error to.
For staff and other members here's what I've done;

-Checked file integrity (multiple times at different stages of this process)
-Updated my GPU's drivers
-Updated my windows
-Restarted my computer
-Uninstalled and re-instaled The Isle
-Delete the cache folder
-Installed VRChat and ran it, closed it, then tried opening the isle
-Tried seeing if there was a "GameUserSettings.ini" file in my isle directory to delete "m_enableDX12=True" (this config file does not exist)

It seems it may be an issue with my graphics card itself not fully supporting DX12. I run a GeForce GTX 770. The screenshot attached is not my post but may be relevant.

Beyond the steps I've tried, does anyone have anything else I could attempt?

Yes the intel GPU would be integrated graphics on your CPU(never use it by itself it's trash and only basically a last backup) The second one would be your Graphics Processing Unit(GPU) or graphics card.
