Make also sure Windows is up-to-date.

would it make any difference if everything is already up to date according to the version numbers? Friend of mine has this issue, We updated Win including all optional features. She uses a Radeon R9 Fury. The driver version number in the Radeon Software and the recommended Version on the AMD support page are identical.

Make sure the game is in full-screen to ensure your PC recognises that you're playing a game and will therefore mobilise more of your GPU.
You can also configure the game to use your GPU.
Go in Windows settings > System > Display > scroll down and click on ”Graphic settings” > under ”Graphic performance preferences”, click on ”Browse”. Once here, follow this path to find The Isle app: This PC > Local C: drive > Programs (x86) > Steam > steamapps > Common > The Isle > select The Isle app (only click once) and then click on ”Add”. Once that's done, click on ”options”, choose your dedicated GPU and confirm. Try to launch the game now.

If you have a ”GetDeviceRemovedReason Failed” error when you crash after a couple of minutes in-game, make sure your graphics drivers and Windows are up-to-date. You want to update your graphics drivers through your GPU's software (Geforce Experience for Nvidia cards, AMD Adrenaline for AMD cards) to make sure you do download and install the latest drivers available. You can check your graphics drivers' version by right-clicking on the task bar > Task manager > More details > Performance > GPU. If you have two GPU, it's GPU 1 you have to look at. Scroll a bit and below it'll be written the driver version and date. If the date is a couple of months or years old, they're not up-to-date.

If it still doesn't work after making sure it's up-to-date, you can try to restart the display driver by pressing Win + ctrl + shift + B at the same time. Once your screen stops blinking, try to launch the game again.

You can also try to update your display's drivers. Look up your monitor on the web and search for the latest drivers on the manufacturer's website. Download them. Then, open Device Manager by typing ”device manager” in the Windows search bar. Locate ”Display adapters” and click on it. Right-click on the one you're using and select ”Update driver”, then ”Browse my computer for drivers” and select the drivers you've just downloaded.

There is no reason the deleting Saved folder fix would not work for him when it works for literally everyone else. He needs to make sure he properly follows the instructions.
If he has both Evrima and the test branch installed at the same time, this may be the reason why it doesn't work.

Give them your username and the exact server you are on.
Log out and come back online when an admin tells you to, as not to die from starvation or thirst.
I doubt you will get help though unless an admin is already on that server. :/

If you have a black screen upon startup, you can try to:

This isnt working for me but if anyone is having the cant find anticheat problem - try this Right click VRChat in Steam and select properties.

Click the tab on the left labeled "Local Files"

Click the "Browse..." button, which will open up a file explorer window.

Open the 'EasyAntiCheat' directory.

Make sure this directory contains EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe. If it doesn't, you might have some other software removing it from the directory (overzealous antivirus, etc).
