At the moment, we are aware of conflicts with Asus Aura (LightingService.exe executable) and GIGABYTE RGB Fusion. Disable said program(s) for the game to work correctly. If a generic hacking tool error occurs, uninstall Sandboxie, it causes this error in most cases. There may also be problems with custom hangars installed. Make sure that you are using the game client without any custom modifications.

If you can't turn on your nightvision (X toggle), do the following steps:
It also fixes camera movement stuck, Nest imput, or anything related to controls.

.Close your game
.Search %localappdata% on your windows
.Find The Isle folder > join Saved > DELETE config folder
.Restart your game

Seems like all unofficial servers, official ones have infinite loading screens. What ever reason it is it's either unjustified or some technical issue.

If it's all official servers you can try asking an senior admin, if is global (all servers ask punchpacket) if is a specific server ask that servers admins

reporting bug. players with virtual reality might have game closing after specific time problem. for some reason VR automatic shutdown for inactivity will close envrima. Even if you are not using VR. changing the vr auto shutdown settings fixed the problem

A re/un-install from hand can sometimes help with certain issues were a normal uninstall over steam doesn't work.
Some files "survive" if you uninstall a game over steam, therefore this might help.
For a complete uninstall do these 2 steps:

1.) Deleting your Steam game files:

• Right Click The Isle in your steam library
• Select Properties -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files
• Delete everything inside of The Isle’s folder.

2.) Deleting your Local game files

• Press "Windows key" (or "Windows key" + "R" if that doesn't work)
• Type in "%localappdata% and click 'Ok'.
• Search for TheIsle folder.
• Delete the TheIsle folder once you've found it.

Now you can re-install the game over Steam, like normal.

There are two ways (I can think of).

1.) Try putting it as a Launch option in steam.
"-fullscreen -w 1920 -h 1080" write this in it

(this is for 1920x1080, you can change it to any resolution that you want, and "-fullscreen" should be abled to be changed to "-windowed" or -"borderless", whicherver you like more)

2.) Change it over your .ini file
Go to:
%appdata% -> local -> TheIsle -> saved -> config -> windowsclient
And open the "gameusersettings.ini" with your text editor, and look for the "ResolutionSizeX" and "ResolutionSizeY" lines, here you can type in the new resolution you want.

(I'd recommand trying 1.) first)

The server restarts are always at the same times, the best way would be to remember the 4 times:
