I can answer your question, no need to ping a dev! The artist’s name is Catbug, they make a lot of Isle related art and animations. You can find a ton of their art on Hollysaurus’s stream (she has each dino in her skin superimposed in the background when she plays that specific dino, they are really cute, as well as animation examples for alerts (last I checked) )
