I agree, but this maps hard to play as a croc for food. Normal AI(boar and deer) isnt on our diet, there are not really shallow "hotspots" that people hangout in. So most of the time you see more crocs in the water than actually land dinos. So you have to eat. The other map was better, smaller, more dinos had to cross, etc. This map is too big. Maybe if the the new map has better options?

Smaller dinos are just weaker in general, yeah. Even prime Omni just doesn’t do much unless you have enough of you and you need to circle and be careful to not lose much on your side. Get pinned easily too. Coming from an Omni main lol

My first cera was prime with a group of ours. We weren’t terrorizing anyone. Then 8 or so carnos run through delta and kill everything. I got tracked and hunted down til I found I nice crevice in a cliff that meant they would die bc they weren’t stuck. They just had to fall to me to kill me then the only way out was down the cliff to their death. I tried to lay there, they get people below me and above me and one sacrifices himself to kill me.

If you get prime, your peak is usually around 88% which is when your dino is the strongest it will ever get. From there it is down hill. But a 100% prime elder still beats a 100% frail elder
