For 'trolls', we don't allow it as there are no in-game server rules on Officials. Therefore, they don't deserve to have a spotlight shone on them.

For cheaters, we specifically prohibit that to speed up processes internally. As this chat is public, cheaters can be looking in here and see that they've been called out. Making them leave and move on to another server. Which makes it 10x harder for our server admins to catch them.
