You missed the days of progression, where they just removed back progging to get to apex dinos faster & you had to literally sit there and spend time on certain dinos for literal hours to progress to the next one. You just have to find another adult cera (75% or higher) of the opposite sex and then once you do, you both hold down "N" while facing each other. After that if you check your status menu it should say "Paired with __" on the left hand side. Once it says that, you should be able to click "N" again anywhere of your choosing to place a nest. The female will have to go to the status menu and go under nest and then click on each individual egg and hit "Gestate", which basically gets eggs prepared to lay them on the nest. Depending on what you're playing you'll either create a dirt nest or a stick nest. Dirt nests are relatively easy, you just hold down "E" to create the nest and then you can sit on it to warm the nest up or don't sit on it to keep it cool. Stick nests are more challenging because you'll have to gather sticks to then go back to the nest and hold down "E". Same thing with dirt nests in regards to the heating and cooling system. Either way, try to keep the slider in the middle of the bar, otherwise your eggs will get too hot or too cold and rot.
