people use the gastroliths to fill up their nutrients. its a debuff thatll empty your hunger bar a little bit. if you see ingesting gastrolith in your status its still active, and once thats gone you can eat another one and get the debuff again. use it if you have like an abundance of food around and you want to fill your nutrients/grow faster
