this is not true because its the exact same way I have played every single time I have gotten prime. I will literally record myself spawning in and only eating things not on my menu and I wont get temporarily infertile until I reach the next stage of growth at LEAST. Otherwise it would be practically impossible to accomplish that unless you are spawned in with food right in frgont of you because both hunger and nutrients drain extremely fast on troodons and small dinos in general. If it spawned you with a small amount of nutrients so low that you cant even see the bar on the meters then it would be gone within a minute of spawning.

getting infertile will prevent you from getting prime even if you have it for a millisecond and you recover from it. for fast-growing dinos like troodon you just have to scavenge baby bodies and eat their organs for perf diet, also im pretty sure small ai like chicken and rabbits are on their diets as well - also the organs of dinosaurs not on your 'menu' are also on your diet, its recommended going to sanctuaries as theres usually lots of already dead baby bodies you can eat and get diet from

yes it makes perfect sense that someone with a prime dino every time theyve played since the patch dropped which is like 6 times, just magically forgot or doesnt know how to get prime. how delusional can you be and really just egotistical that everything pointing towards there being an issue is just ignored because "ur bad lol". its actually insane too because you have very clearly NEVER played a small dino and especially not troodon because I have torn out organs tens of times as t-rex, herrera, and dilo, but you cannot as a troodon even at max size. Small prey items also dont have organs you can remove. Small dinos also have a very different early game and you clearly have never experienced it. I wouldnt be surprised if you were exclusively a raptor or deino player.

If you didnt get prime then the game likely bugged/you didnt get the zone objectives. To get infertile you must have ALL nutrients at 0%, if you press tab it will say good diet for having 1, great diet for 2, perfect diet for 3, and POOR diet for 0 along with the infertile debuff. Your screenshots only help prove you have diet because they show good and great not poor.

i have tried so many times to remove organs on troodon and it just doesnt happen. I am talking about prey species not other dinos. It is already hard enough finding any small dinos on most servers unless you wander around hot spots which also happen to contain every large dino that will literally just outrun and eat you anyways. Not to mention ive gotten prime on troodon MANY TIMES.

What even is your original complaint/question? You didnt get prime on troodon? Simple, you either didnt get perfect diet, or you didnt complete a zone objective.

How I get troodon prime every time I play is go to sanctuary straight off the cuff, smell for any bodies you can once there. If you smell something go for it. Otherwise look at the isle map and find your location using coords and rush the nearest place with crabs, chicken, tacos, rabbits, anything thats small enough to kill and go for it. If you find deer along the way you can pounce cycle and kill them, same with boars but its usually not worth it because its not on our diet. After that you just play it as you go and try and hit patrol and migration zones.

i like it bc they grow fast and prime runs arent the easiest bc of how fast they grow. We cant hurt anyone, just spit in their eye, and its funny doing it when something is trying to kill you and they cant see to do that

probably more fun in a group for most people. i am weird though because i also like the penguin (Beipi) a lot bc i can help let others nearby know if a deino is in the water since its hard for deino to catch us if you play beipi right

but for first time dinos, herbis i recommend diablo, stego, or trike if you can get someone to help you grow or egg in bc they can be fun since they have great defense. raptor is a fun carnivore to learn on, as is ptero to learn the map.

@hybrid iris lol ya rabbits are quick so sometimes u just gotta get lucky and corner them. chickens are def easier to catch. u can use fish to carry around and have baby AI pteras attack u. then drop the fish and attack the pteras. good luck!

With the MZ requirement for Elder status, does anyone know how it works with MZ moving? Like do I need to go to a MZ in two different locations? Or if I'm in MZ and it moves and comes back does that meet the requirement?

you just need to know the location, you can go to MZ even when its inactive. so whatever location you remembered that is the MZ, you can go even if its not showing in your compass
