It is beneficial, you come back as baby dino with some if not all of your previous evolve stuff. When you come back you can get prime nothing locks you out of it except reaching 75% before completing the objectives

A lot of people just dont if they miss prime. Just preference for them I guess.

Perfect diet once in your lifetime (super ez early on), dont go infertile (all nutrients need to reach 0 for this to happen), dont eat your own (impossible as a herbi), and visit 4 patrol zones or 2 migration zones, thats all, also can be born from an egg and skip the zones all together. Visit sanc as well (easier as a juvie but can be done on all life stages before elder)

Servers has issues when joining, theres ghost servers which is a duplicate of the 'main' us # server but its impossible to tell which one is the ghost server so you lose all of ur progress when the devs finally delete the 'ghost server', the game optimization is worse than path so lots of frame drops/ping spikes etc etc

I play path of titans as well around 3k hours or so, and i got the isle to try another dino game and i would def recommend sticking to path, the discord server for the isle is a lot more uptight about information and what you say in the servers, the path of titans discord server admins and staff are a lot more open to discussing issues about the game. I've been muted in this server for bringing up the cheater issue, oh yeah! theres a cheater issue on the isle

most of the large groups that are warring each other on official usually claim a area like delta etc and patrol it and fight with other large groups in mass fights but there usually not cheating and dont target smaller groups but for food if you wander to close to them

Before joining a server, make sure to look at the "Map" section. IF it is blank and does not say Evrima, most likey mutations, diets, and all that stuff is going to broken
