The actual requirements is to complete 5 out of the following.

Never Infertile (Maintain at least 1 of your diets)

Never had muscle spasms (don't cannibalize unless you have the cannibal mutation)

Achieve Perfect Diet (Get all the organs out of a player corpse for carnivores)

Visit a Sanctuary

Visit 3-5 Patrol Zones
