So there's something really wrong with Legacy. The game hasn't been able to find any servers for about a week. Only after I deleted the "The Isle" folder and checked the game twice for errors did it work after waiting 10 minutes. It can not be. And yes I deleted the %Appdata% The Isle folder and YES I checked the game multiple times for errors! AND YES!! I have very good working internet!!!

Go to steam and on the top left next to the small steam logo click> “view” > “game servers”. Now look in the top right of the “game servers” tab that opens, click on> “select game”. Then scroll down until you see “the isle”, press the blue magnifying glass (search button) next to the “select game” bar. And it should show a list of servers, next, click on> the preferred server then, look down the bottom of the “game servers” tab, and click on> “connect” which is highlighted in blue

Yeah on legacy only way to play for me is to switch to mobile internet but then still it doesn't show any servers but you can connect to them if you have IP, so you gotta find in google isle server list and in steam running options for the isle you need to set "+connect IP

okay this is a last ditch effort BEG, I have been trying since January 2023 to fix The Isle (legacy) because the only thing showing up are rows and rows of china servers, and when I search up a server nothing comes up. I have done extensive research on it and it honestly seems hopeless at this point, I really adored the server I was playing and now it won’t come up (and I know it hasn’t been deleted), the only way I could think of joining a game would be through a friend, but my irl friend doesn’t play it as often as me and honestly I don’t want to bug them everyday for it you know? Anyway it seems like I’ve tried every little short cut, watched every video, looked through every channel for what other people have tried and nothing, someone please help! Good afternoon, we are currently having problems with our legacy servers, every day we have more than 3 servers full 140/140 apart from our pvps servers, however yesterday a problem appeared and I would like to know if it is just with our servers and community

Yesterday I got in a mood to play legacy so all I did was I switched the version on steam and let it download overnight, didnt touch the files at all and now I want to keep both evrima an legacy playable on my pc at any time. as far as I know you can download legacy version, change the name of the folder and then download evrima, steam will likely create a new folder because of that new name

You can do it on this website https://topgameservers.net/theisle/1/players/desc select server you want to join and copy IP address. Then right click on the isle in steam, click properties and find launch options. Type +connect [server IP] (without brackets). Then start the game and after a while you should join to the server.

its true and false that its a steam issue. mainly the backend of the network for steam is having connectivity issues for some of the hosts where the games "hosted from" which is resulting in unstable connections, as a result, the hosts for the isle servers cannot properly communicate with steam.

Hello. I'm having issue with finding eu servers in general, only chinese server are displayed. Tried to max ping results and similar stuffs but nothing changed. scroll all through the fake chinese servers don't enter any that are close to 200 already in the servers. Its working just scroll through and find the ones that sound normal and have 50 or 100 players even if there is 0 on. That way you can test he game works fine.

Hi, I have been on Evrima for a while and want to go back to legacy a while. after i reinstalled it all of the controles have reset. Even if i change them in the menu they dont work ingame. The only controles that do work are WASD sprinting and crouching.

I have reinstalled the game and reassigned keys in the menu but nothing. Any ideas would be amazing!

You need to find server ip on this website. Then right click on the isle in steam and go to properties. Then find launch options and type +connect [server ip], then launch the game and you should join the server that you putted ip in few seconds

Go through #unofficial-isle-communities and find servers that way, connect to them through launch options or in steam servers using direct connects. Unfortunately Legacy isn't being worked on so this issue won't be fixed. A lot of players stuggle finding servers now

Hello I have a friend that is having a very odd problem with Legacy, whenever he boots up the game it will only show the loading screen and then it becomes just a plain black screen, nothing can be clicked or done he can only close the game and that’s it. This is happening only with Isle and he tried running Evrima and it happened as well. He had uninstalled and reinstalled the game, also verified the files integrity but nothing changed, also checked his graphic drivers and they look to be just fine, is there something that can be done to solve this?

Legacy is not being updated, with the duplicated servers and Steam API updates most people will only be able to find servers hosted in their regions. Join different servers in #unofficial-isle-communities, most will have a direct link to connect through. Chuck that link in Steam > right click on the game > properties > find the direct connect for a legacy server and do +connect (inputdirectlinkhere)
