rewatching some of your lore videos, if gen2's and gen1's could both be employees and if one of them still looks as mutated and tribal as they did before, could that be what the incident refers too?

Speaking of Gen 1s, I am very glad that Dondi can write a "Weaponised Monster" better than what Jurassic World did with the indoraptor where its whole shtick was point gun at target with laser (which was the worst decision by the writers of that film) Anyone who can point a gun at a person could pull the trigger as opposed to instructing a giant biological amalgamation to throw claws at a probably suspecting victim.

Not saying it's impossible, but computers would have to be EXTREMELY powerful to do this

Even the simplest organisms (single-celled organisms) are ridiculously complex systems compared to the most powerful human computers

Once you reach the end of a successful life you entomb that asset to Apollo, via storing the data of that asset to TOMB. Since a new “peak” has been reached on that species you can now replicate (spawn in) that species with its new buffed permanent form for yourself.
In-lore I would suspect that this new version of the species would be available for pretty much every EIP in that line of work. But since the game works differently you only unlock it for yourself.
