only thing I'd suggest use co.cobalt.me (website) if you want the original Augustus video in a higher quality ||if you don't want to do it yourselves by hand||
and using a controller for more robotic "natural" pans with the CCTV footage

I'd also, as a suggestion
have less emphasis on the chromatic aberration (the red and blue outlines around objects)
Unless you want a true 90s CCTV camera-feel, but it would benefit the footage if you wanted that feeling by a lot of extra added details which are mostly really painful to do

but if you want something more akin to this image above
where you turn the image either true or just slightly true greyscale

I'd suggest more barrel distortion to create that "wide" and "round" feel to an image.
Problem is, that's made physically by the lens of CCTV cameras due to wider (focus length) mm lens

• so actually doing such more authentically comes from if the devs add a camera style (to the replay system preferably) in that allows authentic adjustments such as mm changes

In the end, the video was enjoyable from an analog horror perspective.
I'd also recommend a better transition (something akin to Potentially Hacker's Apollo Files slideshow) between the CCTV footage and the images

this is just to communicate to the audience about the change of pacing and allowing the story to be pushed further without a sudden abrupt change.

I like the idea of mutations revealing lore like I think on a stream we saw pattern recognition as a mutation maybe a full build with pattern recognition you could read documents or find a code around the map and open a locked door

But, I'm unsure of the specific name- however, in waste depots, they're basically sorting bays.

In which they usually contain sand or gravel, etc; usually minerals they, workers, sort out that isn't organic matter nor scrap metal

In which makes me wonder If this area will be here temporarily
As a world building aspect -> which will be removed in the future, where a future update does such; showing us that time has passed

BUT, I doubt this.
Unless Don wants to, at this present moment, to start some sort of story aspect. As if it was Fortnite or Sea of Thieves.
I see this being the case in the far future once Gen2s and Gen1s are actually properly implemented though
