We couldn't find anything weird on our end. Can you maybe take a screenshot of the dev console. To access it you need to press F12 and then go to the tab console. Try to enter the avatar page and you should see a bunch of text in the console. Take a screenshot of that and share it with us.

We could try to give you a new RPM account from our end. However, you will then be left with only the standard RPM avatar and have to recreate your avatar again.

My guess is that you have something on your browser or computre that is blocking access to specific parts that are important for that to work.
Which browser are you using?
