Lots of Rhyolite and black sand

from metals, it seems to host the majority of what you need for early-iron progression

on my server we are using alot of rhyolite its a nice looking block

that's kind of the beauty in building here in tfg imo

once you are able to get huge amounts of mortar and limestone things get a lot easier, but glass is still a bitch

maybe try to use a different wood type between the beams and the other wood in the building

i'd tell you to use framed/copycat blocks for depth as well, but it's a bit early for that
