Trying to start up 1.20.1 moderntfg for multiplayer but I cant seem to get the server to start cause of the forge version

I have almost no clue how to change this and Im currently trying to find out how

reinstall the modpack and copy your world across, it should've come with forge 47.4.something

It still seems to be stuck on 47.3.3

mm, you're the only one I've seen with this problem, try seeing if you can update the forge version manually
