how much ram have you allocated?
16gb ... tried with 8gb as well... same thing... updated all drivers... even tried to disable some client mods since i am playing on my own private server and it doesnt crash only my client does.
hm, I'm not good at reading crash logs but embeddium is mentioned a lot 🤔
yes i disabled it and still crashed... disabled resourcepacks and still crash. lowdraglib gets mentioned a lot ... and it seems to be a rendering crash as much as i know... and i think it has to do with the gregtech pipes... but why is it only me and i didnt find anyone else having that issue
well if you're disabling and updating random mods then that'll cause problems for sure
i am scared of updating mods cause it might mess up things... but my bigger question is why is it only me who has this problem... so it shouldnt be an mod update problem should it?
download a fresh instance of the modpack and don't touch anything else
don't add anything, don't update anything
did that as well... didnt work
get it working first, then you can try modifying things one at a time
i didnt modify anything... just started disabling shit to find out what mod is causing it... and it shouldnt be my hardware since i dont have crashes in any other modpack
just crashed again...
It says electrum dust was the cause of the crash?
Idk its so weird … it seems like the crash is caused by random stuff and you cant force it… somtimes i go 2 hours or longer without anything and most of the time its between 5-15min … i still think its some rendering problem… but its not hardware related since i dont have it in any other modpack or game…
There are some more crashes … these are a bit older and i tried disabling some mods and swich java versions even with and without resource packs… i am kind of lost now what to try next… most crashes say lowdraglib … and if i ask chatgpt or deepseek it says its a conflict between some rendering mods like embeddium and ferritecore … but i tried disabling and still crashes… and it mentions gregtech sometimes which i obviously cant disable since its not just client side and would break the world… but still why is nobody else having this problem? … even tried with different launcher and no luck…

Sometimes there is even no crashreport and it just crashes … thats rare tho
Install a fresh TFG instance and add your mods back 1 by 1
The thing is that i only crash around the area where i have a lot of stuff … doesnt matter what world… so if i go afk in chunks where i didnt build anything or just a few things it wont crash… but i dont know whats causing the crash… so if i install every mod 1 by 1 i would need to build a lot of stuff all the time … and i tried all the client mods i could find and turned them off … and like i said its hard to test since the crash might just not come for few hours … so i would spend months trying every mod… can anyone see any connections between those crashes … there has to be a pattern doesnt it? Or anyone else having any crash problems like i do?
... how much RAM did you allocate
tried with 16 8 and 4 ... same thing all the time
What about your video drivers? All of the crashes are render-related
i updated them after the crash happend... and like i said i dont have them in any other game or modpack 😦 even did the clean reinstall
There were a bunch of crash reports specifically about some recent Nvidia drivers and minecraft crashing so it's a possibility
hmmm... thanks for the info... anyone here having the newest drivers and having issues?
There was at least 1 person who had a similar issue but it seems to be very rare
did he find a solution?
Updated the drivers, that fixed it
