I think this is maybe anti-bot system or something, but this works really buggy if that's true. For example: I farmed blocks and later the game just restarted for no reason and I got login error. Same situation with fishing when you doing that for a long period of time, between 15-25 mins. But in my case when this happens, I waited about 2-4 minutes and was able to log into the game again.

i played on pc (steam), tablet (ios) and android (xiaomi).

what i also observed was that on tablet (which i uninstalled and reinstalled and was brought back to the login page), after i got unbanned i couldn't login and instead of accountbanned it would show incorrect password or username although it's correct.

and if you attempt to reset password on a device u can login with and attempt to login with the new password, u will get accountbanned again which was what happened to me

i guess they made it so that u can only have 1 account on 1 device now so don't attempt on logging in on any other device and only play on 1 primary device to be safe..
