365 / 1 years sir. Idk what did i do . I go in to world buy/trade selling my item. I able to login. I leave my phone to go to toilet , when i come back already ban

Yes sir , many people got false ban . Well not blame the system autoban , they wanted to destroy huge bot. But i aint bot 😑and idk what did i do am a trader and Farmer. Lvl 18 with 59k around of breaking blocks. My issues of ban is hacking suspicion. The other got 1/3/7 days ban . If someone or me doing bad things it should be ban under 30 days for warning . But i dont do bad things or scamming . N doesnt got warned n banned for 1 years 😑

Still ain't no further information from them, taking too long for what they've done themselves, instead of creating anticheat or 3rd program detector, they choose to use ai to do pattern detection system when repeated action could be qualified as patterned action

Yeah bro i feel you got a 3650 day ban and no response for 2 weeks rn ticket 13558 exactly 2 k below you and still no reply.

Am at #14443 and #14542. I sent them with correct pixelworld username but not with the email , wrong email .

So i sent new with the correct email that bind on my account the ticket is #15558

And i dont get 3650days/10 years ban .
I only got 365 days ban/ 1 year

although frustrating i dont think being annoying will get you anywhere.
people have waited even a month at this point with no response there are over 15k+ tickets in the system all you can do is wait , and then wait some more.

venting your frustration is understandable tho
