From reddit - “Critical Login Error" is a false ban. This can be seen by trying
to login to your account from another device, which will give you the message "AccountBanned".
The developers have FINALLY addressed the issue. The "AccountBanned"/"Critical Login Error" is confirmed to be a bug, and the developers have stated they are working on a fix.
I got mine fixed, but I still cannot log-in because there was this "Authentication failed" thing..
Everyone who got unbanned has experiencing "Authentication failed" too
@rustic moon How you got it fixed? By writing support or it just got fixed randomly?
Btw all of us lost our usernames because it’s been more than 72 hours
idc about name tbh, i care about my worlds + my 30 day VIP is expiring
Well I cared about the name, they could at least reserve the names until they fix the bug
I got a response from my last ticket.. after I got unbanned, I told them that I still cannot log-in..
but they closed my ticket and told me to create another ticket for that issue

What's your ticket number? Did you provide any evidence? Did you follow up after?
And when did your critical login error be fixed?

Your account name
The email address used
Your device/platform (iOS, Android, Steam, etc.)
A screenshot of the error (if possible)
My ticket number was #4832 and it was fixed 2 days ago
For their response, they asked me what is the email I am using in game..
Then they ask me the screenshot of the Accountban screen..
And after a few minutes, I've got unbanned

Day 3 with no answer from support, why they just do not unban all the accounts that were baned, it was bug made by their mistake, i paid for VIP that is on now locked account and expiring.

Why we need to send silly support ticket which gets no answer if they aknowladge it was a bug, so annoying. @abstract solstice

Hey @cedar bison , can only deeply apologise for the delay. We've had more demand than we were expecting and the amount of support tickets has been huge. As of yesterday we've found some fixes and have started making real progress with resolving issues relating to critical login errors/account access, so you will hopefully get an answer very soon. If you have VIP that you've been unable to use during this time, we will sort this for you.

The first time, there wasn't a dedicated support section for critical logins, so I sent a general email. The second time, a dedicated section for critical logins was created, and I sent my email that way.
The name we received is protected for 72 hours, but 7 days have passed and now I'm not even thinking about the importance of my name anymore, I just want my world not to fall apart...
