To be honest I think that our accounts have been deleted and they don't even know how to solve that, because from what I know some people have been unbaned but they still can't start the game

Everything works, but you need VPN to play. Without it you get: CRITICAL LOGIN ERROR, PIXEL STATION INFINITE LOADING, NETHER NOT WORKING
and yeah you can't log out too,

in Finland it works perfectly, i think due to devs being in finland, but i'm not in finland and have to use VPN because of the critical login error

They responded to my ticket saying they refreshed my account, and I no longer get critical login error. But when I try to sign in with my account i made previously it says im banned

well i mean... i pinged them more than once and i got a response, you just need to do it a few times i guess, but yea i agree they do nothing :/ But this problem has been notified to devs, it's being fixed and names are being reserved for 72 Hours.

Same with the bans, either you get unbanned or make a ticket to get unbanned, not sure though

They didn’t respond to mine from the 31st but i made one on april 1 and they responded make sure to include ur email platform and the error

admins are devs, most of them aren't in the server and wont help you since their job is to well, code the game and fix problems

Ping moderators, they do have like 20 million tickets to go through before yours and it is stupidly late in the EU rn, which is where im assuming the majority of the staff is from, So honestly, early morning, mid day would be your best bet to be making a ticket

They fixed the critical problem error i'm assuming, But the bans are still there, it's just that issue was a problem for a lot of people, not just people that are banned

Finding a fix for false bans without just unbanning everyone (Hackers, Scammers etc) is a big problem and isn't as easy as some people make it out to be, it can cause economical crashes if one person just gets luck with maybe VIP or something like that.

I'd give it time, the game literally rereleased 4 days ago, i hate the state of the game myself but you need to give the dev team the benefit of the doubt since they're doing good ideas.

i would assume logs would provide insight as to why and who got false banned but they probably dont even have logs from the servers and no transparency to tell us what the actual cause for the ban (generic ban message for all bans) i would assume the server was going mental from all the players creating accs at the same time but even then why ban?

Probably a oversight in the Anti Cheat, or they have a Anti-Botting software that wasn't coded right for 20k+ ccu

Logs and actual info on maintenance breaks and what they fix would be nice so we're not left to our own devices :/

critical login error = acc banned from my experience.
if u make a ticket there they will ignore u but if u make it in the #❗game-support they might respond to u sometime 🤷
