I play on android and verif on my main phones (ios) after MT on relaunching time, "critical login error" and so on until now. but i tested on other device login on my email it says "account banned" even though it is failed aunthentication.

Can’t enter the game on my PC, it says “Critical login error”. Also can’t enter my main account on another device due to impossibility of logging out. Contacted support, no answer except the automatic reply. Add logging out feature atleast for unregistered (subject) accounts.

I agree with the one account per player change because it can help prevent exploits and keep the game fair.

However, I think the leveling process should be easier. Right now it feels very difficult to grind levels, especially for new players. It took me around 2 days just to reach level 10.

There are also many items that new players cannot use because the level requirements are too high. It would be great if XP gain was increased or the level requirements for early items were reduced.

this system feels kinda buggy, if i try to change my steam account (oops i started the game on the wrong steam account) and log in with the correct steam account, it will:

• Error syncing on login or something
• If I somehow get in, i will be logged out after a while if im trying to go to a world
  Just some info not complaining
  Aand it's 30 minute cooldown.

critical login error its becouse the database glitched you on the first day of you creating the account resulting in a falsly ban, your game display the "Critical login error" but its the account banned.

Isnt the game currently under maintenance? Theyre fixing the bugs and making it playable , also if you havent recieved the verification link in your email, itll take maybe about a full day to get to you, this game just needs patience.

Seeing you can't change your name, it means that you're lying what you've said a while ago. How come you were able to play with other device if you can't even made an account. Apparently you can't play in multiple devices with one account because there is an issue in authentication that prevents you from logging in other device. Unless you've got in touch with the devs.

Recently I came across a thought, since now you cannot log out of the account, would it still be possible to change password in case of a hacker attack. In the past, changing password would cause you to be forcefully logged out from every device. Now that I have tested it, I was met with a concern that I still was logged in, even after changing the password. This means that if you were to be hacked, you would not be able to do anything to get them out of your account immediately and only viable option left is asking for support and possibly waiting some time with the fact that the hacker is still in possesion.

My leading suggestion is to return the option of somehow logging out. Yes, the feature was removed due to hackers and exploiters taking over, however I find it not to be proving usefull, especially with us witnessing tons of bots in the game from the launch.
