I've got a lot if issues on this topic. I've added a theme, lua and all stuff. But it was broken and didn't even let me open console to do anything. So I use Plasma 6 at the moment.
I want to get a theme and a fully working hyprland(without errors)

config order is top to bottom and once you have an error in the file the rest wont load. Hyprland usually will post an error message to tell you where the error is. For modularity and error resistance its recommended to modularize the config into multiple files as in case of an error only the file containing the error will stop loading and not the whole config
