#[SOLVED] Can't boot into Linux after adding Windows Boot Manager to EFI partition

My SSD is a dualboot SSD, having partitions for both Windows and Arch
A month ago I reinstalled Arch and formatted the EFI partition, removing Windows Boot Manager
Today I attempted to fix it, adding Windows Boot Manager by going into the Windows Install Environment's cmdline and inputting bcdboot D:\Windows /s S: /f UEFI
this made it so I was able to boot into Windows again, but it seems like it's the only system I can boot into now.
GRUB is above Windows in boot order yet still boots into Windows, and trying to boot from GRUB in the BIOS boot menu doesn't do anything

The attached image shows that GRUB and Arch still exist in the EFI partition

probably have to boot into the Arch iso, chroot and reinstall grub

theoretically it should just be grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot --bootloader-id=GRUB in your case. not sure if thats the issue or not, but worth a try. may want to clean up /boot/grub first though by removing it. dont forget to remake grub config via grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg after
