Boot from the live iso and show the output of lsblk -f??
Run mount /dev/sda2 /mnt and show the output of cat /mnt/etc/fstab??
Run mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/boot and show the output of ls -alh /mnt/boot/??
Run pacstrap -K /mnt linux linux-firmware linux-headers base base-devel dosfstools
Installed.
Output??
Run arch-chroot /mnt and run mkinitcpio -P and show the output!!
Output of ls -alh /boot/EFI/Linux/??
Run exit and reboot
Still dead
Something is goig on with that boot partition. Boot back in to the live iso.

If you don't have any data in there just reinstall.

Happens on a fresh install
Try using grub.
