Not being able to use password (SOLVED)

I installed arch few hours ago and whenever I use a command where my password is needed im not able to type at all. Even at times when I end up typing it somehow it still shows that the password is wrong. Im new to Linux and ive read all the solutions I could on Web. Please help

Also I keep getting this error idk what to fix or what to do

For the error in the screenshot, it looks like you might not have internet

If you're talking about sudo, when you enter your password no feedback is given by default
