All I want to do is move a window from screen 1 to screen 0.

You can go into kde settings

Settings > Shrtocuts > Global Shortcuts > KWin

And there create a shortcut with the option "move window to monitor x" / "move to next monitor" it should be named something similar to that

That should move your focused window when you use the defined shortcut

The window is actually never focused

KWinRules weren't working I had to overspecify the window shape
