#need help extending my arch linux storage in dual boot system

I have 145GB alloted to my vanilla arch laptop dual boot with windows 11
how can i add more let's say 150Gb more to my arch part without loosing any data on both of my OS

ALSO: what ways i can use to clear my arch part , like is there any way to clear out things i don't use ?

first unalocate it in windows by rigth clicking on my computer more options and go to manage and ween the menu comes up go to disk manage ment and resise the partition you want to remove storeage from

i dont know how to resise disks on arch tho

make a bootable usb with gparted live on it

boot into that
use it to rezise/delete/whatever your partitions

you cant do this from within arch - cant modyfy the / partition on a currently running system
