Hello, I am having problems with my headset not working properly. I can hear everything fine and the quality is okay, but I noticed that it is acting as Mono instead of Stereo. So i can hear everything from both sides, no matter if the audio is meant to only come from the left or right side. I use pipewire. I tried going into alsamixer and seeing what the issue is, and i also went into pwvucontrol and that didn't help either. I'm sort of at a loss for what I am supposed to do.

yes, in fact if i turn down FL in the Output Devices tab, my audio is halved across both sides

yea works perfectly fine. the only issue is that the sound is mono. if I didnt play Counter Strike, I honestly wouldn't care much for it

I know it can and does work for stereo, cause it used to work when I used Windows a couple years ago. and im fairly sure it worked on older builds of Arch.

get what to work? the stereo sound? i haven't checked

i tested it on my laptop, if that's fine, since it runs the exact same version and build of arch that my desktop does

i unplugged and replugged this jack in so many times, no idea why it is working properly now
