The easiest and fastest solution would be installing networkmanager package when installing arch ( with pacstrap or chrooted). It will setup everything and in my experience is the most reliable.
ofc you can use different tools like iwd but atleast on my experience they arent that reliable
i did install network manager but it doesnt work its like it doesnt see my wifi card

Please follow the Standard Litany when asking a question:
• What was your environment? What was your operating system, configuration?
• What did you do? What did you run or test? Where?
• What actually happened? What were the exact results, complete log contents, exact error messages?
• What did you expect? What were you aiming to achieve? What result were you looking for?
Vague or superficial questions will yield vague or superficial answers. False information leads to false solutions.

Ok basically to edit that file you need to use an editor, the most populars are nano and vim. Choose whichever suits you the best and use it to edit said file.
after you choose it, you edit the file with the following command:
sudo nano/vim ( choose one) /etc/resolv.conf
can we join a voice pls then i share my screen
cant rn I am busy doing other stuff
can i friend you then we do it another time ?
its not that hard
Just type sudo nano /etc/resolv.conf
nano is installed by default iirc
yeah thats your default dns resolver
its all fine so I dunno why you have wifi issues
im using my phone charger to ethernet but i have no idea how to set up wireless wifi
start network manager and connect manually to wifi
network manager has a GUI iirc so you can just search it as an app
