journalctl -b -1 and post here
heyy!!, Where do i type now that kernel has panicked ?
I am currently on windows do you want me to send you the screen shot of the error, qr code?
no, arch-chroot to your system and run it there
Will it matter if my usb still is old iso, also for chrooting i just mount my / directory in the /mnt and /boot in the /mnt/boot?
I have two partitions
There are loads of lines how do i send it here?
pacman -S wgetpaste
journalctl -b -1 > log.txt
wgetpaste log.txt
send the output for wgetpaste, you may uninstall it afterwards
I will have to connect to wifi here now ok
This one
I don't think pacman is working :)
In chroot
i think you have found the issue
Can it be solved?
yes, but goodness gracious what did you do lmao
Not me timeshift
I was installing nvidia drivers, my whole setup was working fine, i thought incase if anything goes wrong i should first keep a backup before installing the nvidia drivers, so i intsalled timeshift and made a resptore pnt. As expected something went wrong so i just timeshifted, and after... this happened
I was on arch+ hyprland
timeshift probably corrupted system files when it failed, causing your system to break
in any case, manually reinstall pacman and update your entire system
curl -L -o pacman-static https://pkgbuild.com/~morganamilo/pacman-static/x86_64/bin/pacman-static
chmod +x pacman-static
sudo ./pacman-static -Syu pacman
and then pacman -Syu
I dont think i am able to connect to internet via chroot
another, how old is your archiso? usually in most cases an archiso that is 6 months old are usually fine
Oh then its fine less than 2 months
exit chroot and connect using iwctl
and then enter chroot again
Ok
Did what you said everything was fine did a system upgrade
But at the end pacman-Syu doesnt work gives the same error
This one
Doing that 🥲
additionally, pacman --root /mnt -S --overwrite "*" libxml2
try it out yeah, libraries should be freshly reinstalled
sadge
can you run this now, however?
Do i check the "/boot" or "/"'s blkid?
send a photo
Its the same still not mounting
I think there is some problem with intramfs
Hey thanks My problem has been solved
